We are having so much fun as Parker's Cub Scout Leaders! For the second week of Parker's scouting experience, our building had their annual Pinewood Derby competition. I was shocked when I opened the box with the supplies to discover that you are given a rectangular block of wood to carve your car out of. Fortunately, Justin knew what he was doing. He pulled out my Grandpa Bacciocco's old chisels and he and Parker set off to create their first of many PW Derby cars.

Oh Kelly~ you love the PW derby now, but by the time the last one comes around you'll be glad for the break, then you'll get to start again with Spencer...We just did the last one with Brian and I must admit, I'm glad that there won't be anymore..... :)
