My Martha Moment

I spent yesterday afternoon with my mother-in-law recovering the chairs to the kitchen table my mom passed down to me. The original fabric on the chairs was an off white check--a horrendous combination when you have people actually using them while they eat.



It took a couple of hours to cover the seats with first the new fabric and then a thin clear vinyl layer (for easy clean up.) Parker gave my project a two thumbs up! Martha Stewart, watch out!
