Play That Funky Music White Girl!

Tonight I got to live out one of my dreams--being a DJ for the Stake youth dance. It's the third time I've done it in the past 18 months, so I was a little more prepared for what to expect than I was the first time. It was fun to be with my young women again and to have access to Jeff Krey's laptop with 5,000+ songs. I love music and miss the good old days back in college when we would spend hours squeezed together in the bathroom getting ready for a dance. These kids in our stake love all genres of music, so I even had requests from stuff back from my time. It is amazing how just hearing a few notes of a song can instantly take you back to a memory! It's a good thing my belly is growing or else I may have embarrassed myself by dancing to "Ice, Ice, Baby." My moves are gone--I officially dance like a mom now! Next time, I need to fly my sister out so we can show off some of our moves from our "Bacciocco Sisters" days. Angelia and Caro--I thought of you during the Aquabats "Super Rad!"

WHAT!!!! YOu don't dance like a mom because that would mean I do too. We've still got the moves, and it's our duty to show the younger generation!!!!

So do we get to hire you for Lolo's wedding?

And Trisha...speak for yourself...my "moves" consist of a 70's hustle!! And parts of me move in directions I don't think they should be moving, if you know what I mean!

Our Miracle Has Arrived!
